No wonder they have all 1 star reviews told me my appointment was at 9:45 hit traffic then couldn't find my way keep in mind the elevator takes an eternity to get you from the ground floor. I go up and make it there at 9:49 and they said we can no longer take you as a patient you will have to find another doctor. Because your 10 mins late and we only allow you to be 5 mins late I said I'm only 4 mins late and they told me my appointment was at 9:40 they need better receptionist absolutely the most terrible experience I've ever had at any hospital system they make Spartanburg look bad I wouldn't take my kids or anyone here update: now they send me the same message they give anyone who write a bad review

Awful they jus keep bringing up that i go to the methadone clinic they don't seem to mind my 81 pounds I lost in three months gave me phergan I gained nine then lost three bk I got burned an was in the burn unit three weeks I go to the methadone clinic they admitted they label us that paramedics ems firefighter etc once they know they judge instead of trying to put a bandaid fix the problem in the mean time don't make me suffer I pray nothing happens to me my family an my family's lawyer is aware I hope not all ppl are treated like this
