⛔️⛔️Scam for gas BEWARE! Pulled up and pre paid 35$ in gas. We pumped and saw the pump say 26 it said gallons a bit confused we drove off. Here comes the good part apparently we had pumped 26 gallons and the bill was 105$. They forced us to pay. I will be disputing this with my credit card. CAUTION ⛔️ BEWARE

Some are, but they use to come around a couple times a week to get gray and black water . Or unless you need it sooner just let them no. They do have water and electric. Still a good deal I would say. Unless things have change. But I would say they are still the same. Last time I was there they were digging all over so you may have sewer now. Yes they do, i stayed in one up but the pool and shower house. Its really quiet over there its worth the money
