A very, very beautiful campground! The only very small drawback is the road coming out and having to turn left. Traffic is horrible. But, the campground itself is WONDERFUL! Very spacious sites. The people are very nice. I'm not sure what the future holds for this place. Some have said it's closing or something but I sure hope not! It was perfect to stay here to visit our daughter and son in law. I think it has too many speed bumps but I can understand why they have them too. I would DEFINITELY come back here! Loved it! We had site NN7 and it was on the end. Nice and quiet with quite a bit of grass for our dogs. Pretty level to add most of the sites are. Pretty big campground too. This also has very nice shower houses and it even has a working, yes a WORKING PAYPHONE! I loved it! What memories that brought back! Very, very nice!

We only stayed 2 nights but it was perfect for us. Shower house was clean (thank goodness) and it sure beat 5 of us trying to shower in the camper after a day at the beach. Totally not Oaks fault, but traffic in the area was terrible, won't stop us from staying again though! Thanks for having us!

Hardly noticable. Haven't seen any fallen trees or branches and power is still up to the area
No cabins and no primitive/tent camping.
We do offer monthly sites when we have them available they are first come first serve most of the time we do not have any available and customers have to come in paying weekly until one becomes available

If you get the answering machine leave a message there is three different phone numbers to the office. It crazy how people just hang up when hearing the machine and call right back when there is normally only one person working trying to handle everything that is going on. Emailing you might get an answer or two but they don't work in the office so normally will tell you to call the office.

I do not know what the monthly full hookup rate is you can always call the Park for that. They do allow dogs and they have a very large dog run and there is a restriction on some breeds.
