Used phone service to make a payment and was disappointed there is no option to select German as a language. I understand the option for English; I live in SC and that is the language of our nation, but I'm confused as to why there would be an option for Spanish but not German. Many Germans migrated to the USA after WWII and learned the language. Some did not. They may need to be enabled also.

Vote out the new Sherrif she has no heart and no buisness working with people. Obviously is a numbers only count, kinda person. Totally rude refused a cash payment before my shut off and still DEMANDED FULL PAYMENT PLUS SHUT OFF FEE WHICH IS ALSO BEEN RAISED. MUCH LIKE MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND STRESS LEVEL. NEVERMIND WERE STRUGGLING WITH CANCER DIAGNOSIS AND SURGERY AND INSURANCE. JUST OMG

The absolute worst. If I could use another company or dig a well I would. They were sending our bills to the wrong address, gave us an hour to pay a bill that we never received or they were going to cut off our water, we immediately paid it, and they cut it off anyway. Lady in the office seemed to think that was funny for some reason. Just the worst.

They changed their billing system and failed to adequately communicate to their customers. Then they went on a spree of shutting off hundreds of households’ water with no warning. Unacceptable behavior.
