My favorite lake. I have enjoyed walking around the lake for seven years. A place where I can collect my thoughts and pray. Beautiful scenery. Enjoy watching the ducks. A great place to picnic, fish, and canoeing. Neighbors are friendly. Also a great place to take photos and to have a small wedding ceremony.

Really quaint and peaceful spot. There’s some picnic tables and chairs surrounding the lake. I needed some time to center myself, and this did the trick. The lawn was very overgrown and tall, but today that didn’t bother me. There were people walking, cycling, fishing, and even driving a remote vehicle around in the grass. Cool find.

Yes
There's no official sign saying you can't. But you can try your luck. ✌️
Created to keep cars from traveling both directions and keep people exercising safe
Last time I went the "lake" was actually a large puddle that was only a couple ft deep. Total waste of time. They were doing construction for the sewers and drainage for the neighborhood all around it at the time so it may have been filled up since then.
Yes, they are digging out the drained portion but many people, including myself, still fish here.
So, it's intentional. That's good to know. The dam has a history of trouble. I'm glad it isn't another failure. Thank you for the response!
They are supposed to. But I don't think they do
I don't believe so on this lake. But it also is under different ownership so they may not pay for an all encompassing fishing license. Not sure who to call
The SC DNR website had this info and you can purchase your license online there.
I think it's a Turtle Sanctuary!
Dawn till Desk this is a very easy answer, if you see the sun shining go ahead and fish. if you don't, got to go home..
No ramp but you are 100% allowed to put small boats in it without Motors they have a sign that reads out all the rules for it
