What an inefficient waste of time...3 windows, one worker... Perhaps the fancy new building will allow the County to use digital applications.

Staff is fairly friendly but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Multiple people have been waiting here for over 4 hours my self included. There’s not enough staff to handle the amount of customers. It’s an unacceptable wait time even for a govt building.

As a resident of Greenvile county and someone who also pulls permits with the county, it makes ZERO sense as to why the county does not have an online portal for pulling permits with ease. The amount that is paid in taxes and the size of Greenville County are adequate enough reasons to implement such a system rather than using a "back logged" email system that can't even be used in a timely manner. Unacceptable Greenville County, there are many smaller counties who have already implemented effective systems. Get with the program.

We recently had an inground pool installed. The Pool/Ground Bond was inspected and approved. "Other Inspections" indicate a "Pool Final"! Is this required & how do I schedule same? Phone automation does not give pool code!

Code enforcement agents will be by this weekend to test the pool. Please arrange for there to be barbecue, preferably Ribeyes, topped with Crabmeat in Pico de Gaillo and butter, with Hawaiian Rolls and sauteed onions. Please marinade the steaks in Worcestershire sauce before grilling. After the feast and test-swim, we shall sign off on the required paperwork and you'll be all set. Send your address please.

If you buy an event and put it on a friends property that already has hookups does the event need to be inspected?

First look at the property's zoning on the county's GIS website to see if property eligible for this development. Then review the country's zoning code regulations for proper set backs. May fall under different rules if property is located within a municipality.
