Comfort Suites Near Hot Springs Park

Best hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. Very clean rooms! Great staff and friendly workers. Nice continental breakfast from 6-9:30 am. We visited Hot Springs to go to Magic Springs, which was a 13 min drive from the hotel. Comfort Suites is conveniently located near the Mall, Walmart, other shopping areas, and several restaurants. I will definitely book with Comfort Suites near Hot Springs as my next visit to Hot Springs.

This hotel has a very good location and very close to shopping centers and restaurants. It is close to Hot Springs National Park. Also good location to stay when going to museums like the wax museum or gangster museum and to the see the Bath Houses. Also close to Oaklawn. They have spacious nice clean rooms. Very comfortable. The breakfast area was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great service. Definitely recommended and would stay again if coming to Hot Springs for another vacation.

We started at Embassy Suites and lucky for us their system was down and they couldn’t tell if they had a room for us for the next night so we ended up at the Comfort Inn. Hands down a nice upgrade. The room even felt clean when we walked in. The coffee maker is a Keurig with complete packets of coffee making needs. Sweetener, sugar, powdered creamer and a stirring stick. Hair dryer on the wall, plenty of towels, comfy beds, direct TV, indoor pool was great with a hot tub. I’m told their was wifi but I didn’t try it out. What you would expect for staying at a hotel, but has been harder to come by the last few years.

Super clean, very nice rooms. They are all newly renovated so they are all super nice. Great breakfast- they offer waffles and hot biscuits and gravy that actually tasted good! To top things off, the staff and management here are top-notch. You won't find better customer service anywhere in town. If you get the chance, definitely check this place out.
