This was my first time at this facility, but the management may need to pay real close attention to the people loitering around this facility. The staff and facilities were curtious and well taken care of. I parked on the south side of the building, backing up to S. R Street, without a problem, but when I left the facility at approximately 5:45 PM on Sunday, August 7, 2022 there were two occupied cars, with people inside them parked on the street behind me, and about a dozen others loitering on the west side of the property. I drive a standard 1500 series-half ton series pickup and had been counting on having the street behind me to be free to get out, as one would naturally expect. The loiters never attempted to move their vehicles as I attempted to back out and one of them started to verbally harass me as I was pulling off a 5-point back out manuver. During the harassment, I rolled down my window and simply told her that I have a back-up camera and dash cam installed that record everything outside of my truck. I was able to get out and leave, but this could have presented a very dangerous situation to an elderly person or someone who doesn't have vehicle cameras. So to the owners - do you want paying customers who are comfortable coming to your property to safely do business or do you want half a dozen non-paying people loitering on your property scarring off paying/would be paying customers? I let the loitering and harassment slide this time, but next time I'll just call the cops on the spot and never come back or just take my business else where from the start.

The ladies that work there always say hello to each and every patron that enters. It's always clean and they always wipe down the machines after each use. Love them
