I ordered 2 pizzas and a stuffed cheesy bread. The pepperoni pizza was so dry, the bread was a bit hard, not even warm, it tasted like if it was just put in the oven after they made it. Or if it was already made. And they reheated it in the oven. The sausage pizza was good, cheesy bread was good but not enough cheese. (Pepperoni pizza wasn’t even cut good) worst dominos in fort smith. Don’t buy dominos here on a Sunday afternoon or afternoon they don’t care about the food quality for their customers.

Not happy. Sat in the drive thru 15 minutes just to pick up my order. Was seen by one person multiple times but ignored. Then a second one walked by and made eye contact but no actual contact. Finally a third person comes to the window. I get my order and leave. Who knew black olives also come on the Italian sandwich? Something new i guess.

I really don't know why anyone has the nerve to complain about such a wonderful establishment, with quick, very customer friendly, and professional service. I've been ordering pickup, and delivery, for quite some time, at this location, and never had a problem, and never will. It just goes to show you, that some customers are way too "entitled" to give a positive review, when they "may" have had a very minor issue, according to their messed up perception, and blew it completely out of proportion. Thank goodness for such a great place to order pizza. Those who appreciate you, love your service. Top notch!!!

I paid to have my pizza delivered and they messed up so i called and spoke to " manager '' Elizabeth. She told me i need to bring the pizza to them and show them. We went back and forth about how they need to reimburse the delivery fee. She kept trying to argue then rudely hung up. Finally i got ahold of another manager and he is handling the situation. Only reason im giving this 1 star is because of how poorly a member on the management team handled the situation. Crazy part is i even told her i haven't touched it and i will gladly give it back to them. What in the world is this!!????
