Purchased a snow blower this season from Maestranzi and was very happy with it. Saturday (in April) a Maestranzi truck pulls up in my driveway and a repair tech hops out. Apparently there was a service bulletin on my unit, but instead of having everyone bring them in they sent their guys out to go fix them! Took him about 10 min and he was done! Now that’s service! You just made me a customer for life!

Maestranzi is awesome. My family has bought 2 snowblowers since 2000 and I just purchased a third a couple of days ago. I am also planning on buying a fourth hopefully by the end of this week. I just replaced a snow blower that we bought at Maestranzi Bros when I was in seventh grade! Maestranzi Bros is has great service and selection. They also price their machines pretty competitively. You can buy higher quality snowblowers here for the same price as one of the big box home centers, but they are higher quality (some models have the same model number but things like auger gear boxes are made differently). Special shout out to Mike M. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. If you are in the market for outdoor power equipment, look no further. This is the place to go.

I have been a customer of Maestranzi for many years. We have tractors, mowers and snow blowers purchased and serviced with them. Today was a special day. Our 24” snow blower would not switch gears from FWD to REV during this recent 26” of snow and we called this morning. They picked up the unit an hour later and we have it back before the end of the same day. Not only is it completely fixed but it looks brand new. I can’t say enough about how awesome these folks are! We’ve been customers for over 26 years. We bought our first snowblower and remained loyal when it came time to buy a supplemental machine. We planned ahead and ordered a new model this summer. It was delivered in October. During the first storm of the season an attempt to start our old (recently serviced) machine-it wouldn’t start. So we then attempted to start the BRAND new machine. It made a horrid metal on metal noise and then a loud “pop” with a flash of flame. So here we were with two useless machines and two properties to clear. A Facebook message sent got us all the help we needed. Paul put wheels in motion to get both machines (one replaced completely and one repair) all within the same storm. We’re released and will continue into year 27 as customers.

I dropped off a pair of gas powered trimmers there to be fixed about 6 weeks ago and there still Waiting for parts, the tool was near new if you don't need the snow blower this year then drop it off.
I'm not sure I would call the store and ask. This is just a review site. They do great work
my craftsman ride around will not start. battery reads full charge will not turn over. all levers in correct position. this is a new tractor. would like any info.
