Dr. Marchione was clearly annoyed and stressed by any question I had. I made the appointment specifically for that reason - because I had questions for a professional. My appointment with the Dr. was less than 5 minutes. Felt rushed and I was met with short and condescending answers. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful though. Doctor Greenstein, and his assistant Theresa, are so wonderful. In my experience is rare to find such quality care, as a family who has various medical struggles I know from experience that finding a team that not only meets your needs but exceeds them can be extremely difficult. I have so much gratitude for Dr. Greenstein and Theresa for helping my child get the help they need, and look forward to continuing to work with them.
