Enough of this review stuff. Anyone who can work with me when I''m not feeling well deserves a dozen stars. I cannot give five cuz that would imply perfection and even tho Jennifer may deserve it I want to allow her the opportunity to do better. Heaven knows I need it. I thank MY Lucky Stars that you exist. But really, enuf with these opportunities to praise you.

I highly recommend Bay State. They have caring staff, excellent appointment communication and reminder systems, and really know their stuff! As a mom of 3, I appreciated how Molly made getting the care for my son's broken elbow easily manageable.

I have been a long time patient at Bay State PT, in Beverly, most recently for a broken shoulder. Melissa was my therapist and initially worked with me on range of motion when the pandemic hit and we adjusted and utilized Telehealth visits for the next seven weeks. I returned to inpatient visits to extend my mobility. I have always great experiences, found them very professional and thorough and worked well with my insurance company.

I have been treating with Bay State Physical Therapy in Beverly for the past 5 years and Melissa Berkowitz who has treated me is an exceptional physical therapist. Due to a chronic spine issue I have been undergoing physical therapy for over 30 years and Melissa is the best PT specialist I have ever been treated by. She is highly professional, very knowledgeable, compassionate, listens carefully, her attention to detail is amazing, she make PT enjoyable (if you can believe that) always puts me at ease with her warm smile and best of all she has my complete trust. I have had two back surgeries in the last 3.5 years and each time I went to Bay State PT in Beverly and under the care of Melissa I made two remarkable recoveries. My last back surgery was in September 2019 and I am happy to report I have made another fantastic recovery, free of pain, and more important back a normal lifestyle. Melissa and the entire staff at Bay State PT in Beverly are very friendly and very professional. I always recommend anyone that needs physical therapy to Bay State PT in Beverly and everyone I have sent there had a wonderful experience and recovery. I highly recommend that you allow Bay State to handle your physical therapy needs in the future.

Questions & Answers

When I wake up in the morning, my joints hurt like anything, as the day goes on it decreases but the same happens every day, can you fix this?

Are you feeling this in multiple joints around the body? There are things we can do in physical therapy for single and multi joint pain. If you would like to come in for a screening we can have one of our therapists assess the situation and let you know what your best course of action would be for treatment. It may be starting work with us or potentially getting in to see your primary care or a rheumatologist.
