I pulled up to the touchless car wash & selected the wash I wanted then paid with my card. There was a car inside the wash so I waited. After a few minutes it seemed like something was wrong & I noticed the person inside the car wash open the car door, get out & look around their vehicle. Then I looked up at the kiosk screen as I was backing & it now stated “out of order”. I looked for a number to call or instructions or a person to speak with but there was no one. After several more minutes of searching for help, I drove away hoping I hadn’t been charged. Today I looked through my transactions & saw that sure enough, I’d been charged the obscene $20 for the wash I never received. I tried several times to call the number they have listed on their website to no avail as it just Rings endlessly until an automated system asks you to enter a pin number. Needless to say, NOT IMPRESSED!

Great place to wash your car. They have self service as well as automated and staffed services.

I went to this car wash and paid $20 and the quality of the wash it gave me was terrible. It did not clean the paint well at all, and did not clean the brake dust off of the rims. Save your money, this place is a joke.

$18 for a pricy automatic carwash & I got home to find the roof of my car still covered in grime which I was able to wipe off myself with a cloth, something that the attendant (who seemed very bored with his job) & the autowash should have dealt with much more efficiently. I'll save money, if not time, & do it myself in the future.
