We had them come in and estimate a job for us. They started with the "asbestos" line and we had testing done to confirm. We never received the test results then they pulled a permit then quoted $10,000 to do the job. Turns out the permit was pulled from a different company and this wasn't disclosed. When we received their price we were shocked. Three other companies came in at $2300 for the same job with the same preparation and removal services so we passed on the job and the rep said no problem. Now they hit us up for a $1300 bill? For what? This business is a scam.

In the fall of 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, we had a flood at the Kevin O'Grady School....a school in Beverly for children with severe disabilities that is part of the Northshore Education Consortium. We felt a huge sense of urgency to get these children back into their highly specialized school as quickly and safely as possible. The Servpro team was outstanding!! They quickly became part of our "family"...doing everything in their power to get the work done with a high level of professional and excellence, but also understanding the need for the project to be finished quickly! We trusted them completely, they communicated with us at every stage, they helped us negotiate insurance issues, and all of their workers were pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them!!

I'm so happy with the SERVPRO (Beverly) team that helped clean up water damage in my shop. They arrived quickly, got to work right away, explained everything they'd be doing and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They talked with the insurance companies for me, set up environmental testing that needed to be done and trash was hauled away so I didn't have to deal with it. I dealt with Frank and Danny the most, but the entire team was friendly and approachable. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
