Amazingly friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I guess I had thought AFC would be a low tier stop in, just a place to go when you can’t see your regular doctor, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was seen quickly and brought in for an x-ray and got my results within minutes. I would definitely go there any time without hesitation.

AFC has been my go-to facility for COVID testing and it’s always an efficient and easy process. You can register online and fill out all the paperwork quickly. The facility is clean and staff friendly, especially the medical assistants. The screening is thorough and seeing an MD for questions/follow-up is reassuring. I’ve also been here for non-related covid concerns and always have a good experience and helpful appointments.

Our website lays out, extremely clearly, when testing is covered by insurance and when it isn't- please see here: https://www.afcurgentcarebeverly.com/covid-19-updates-faqs/ Insurance does not cover testing under all circumstances- we don't make those rules. If your daughter did not fall under those circumstances, then yes, we would not submit a false claim. That is fraud and we're not comfortable doing it. It would be helpful if you actually read the clearly disclosed public information before accusing others of lies :)
