We made reservations at this establishment based on its pool. We get there and the pool was completely closed never had been opened. The staff was friendly and made sure we did not get charged for our cancelation. Even gave us a letter.

We booked this room online without seeing it. I didn’t expect it to be super high quality (we just needed a place to sleep for the night) but when entering the parking lot I became concerned. Felt like the kind of place you might want to rent by the hour. We asked to cancel the reservation we had just made within the hour and they refused. We left and found another hotel. We had kids with us and didn’t feel safe.

For a $100 id expect at least a coffee maker and alarm clock in the room. I believe there was a plumbing issue too. Sink backed up and had to flush 3 times just to get pee to go down. At least it was quiet

We checked in later at night and the guy at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and warm when we moved into it!! There’s not any breakfast, even though there’s a sign up that says there will be. You can’t get into the actual lobby, I assume because of Covid, but just into the entryway. It’s right off of the highway, which is super convenient!
