Great room as usual but it was missing the usual extra blanket. The desk told us we'd have to come down and get one since she was all alone except for the bartender. Never saw a customer in that area. He could have taken three minutes out of his busy time chatting with the cute girl at the desk. As it was, we were already in bed and opted not to get dressed again and run down and get it ourselves. Oh well.

We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept great in the big comfy bed. We had a river side view with a balcony and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who needed to stay in the area.

Sorry to not stay another night but family is expecting us in Tennessee. Hotel built in about 2018 and still feels new. Very fresh and clean. Very handicapped accessible. Great friendly, helpful staff. Features an indoor restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Excellent service. Our fifth floor room had a nice, private deck that had an open view of the Ohio River. A gentle refreshing breeze wafted over us as we enjoyed the night river traffic. The pool and spacious outdoor lounging courtyard are very nice. No hot tub, would be nice to at least have a sauna.

BURGER THEORY/BAR!!! Salt water pool, river view, location, clean rooms. I could go on but this is a place you must see for yourself! The staff members were some of the friendliest people I've come across whilst traveling. The ambience is relaxing. The rooms are CLEAN!!!
