Slow. Felt like I was in the waiting room of an ER. There is 3 team members working on one account. While others stood around talking about food. It's an inconvenience. Only needed router replaced. Walmart vibes. All these team members only 2 registers opened. One customer was complaining and an employee got an attitude and said she was about to go on break. It's so unpleasant. Brandon was great though.

I am not racist, why would I not want English on my TV, I am in the United States where we are taught the language if English . But seeing your name I guess you are from a country that Spanish is your language. I have a right to my opinion, that is my right here in the USA.
Call. They will tell you where the local store is. Cancel service and return equipment. If you do not want to drive they will send you boxes and you ship from home with USPS at no charge.
If you need to drop off..the Sumter office is open 7 days.
