I am recovering from a total knee replacement and had the pleasure of going to this location for post op PT. I rotated working with Henney and Darran for 5 weeks. They were patient, kind and just pushed me enough to reach my goals in a short time. I loved the comradery at this facility, all the patients encouraged each other. This meant a lot; I knew if they made it so could I. All the therapist, assistants and the scheduling staff were wonderful with their patients. If I ever need PT again this is my go-to place. Thank you all for helping me through a difficult time and assisting me in reaching my goals. Have a safe and wonderful holiday. :)

According to the secretary, my appointment was at 9.40am when they had told me by phone the day I scheduled my appointment that it was at 10am. Today I arrived at 9.52am after 10 minutes of waiting they tell me that they cannot attend me. my husband missed half a day of work to stay with the children so I could make it to the appointment. I have been waiting for this appointment for months enduring my pain which is excruciating. Most of the time one always waits for the doctor they are never punctual but they are unable to put themselves in the patient's moment and think that if one has an appointment it is because one has a let's try them or a pain and instead a doctor comes out with her face From bitter to saying that she can't help me. If the doctor does not have the vocation or is in a bad mood or has a bad day, it is better that he does not work because what he transmits to the patient is not good.

I started my physical therapy journey December 2020. The majority of my sessions were handled by Mary Alexander. Mary was great! She does a wonderful job of listening and involving me in my care. Mary also had suggestions of things for me to do while at home. Always positive and upbeat Mary is a wonderful asset to the field of physical therapy. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable while listening to me as well. Thank you Mary!
