DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. It's true that the scheduling system with this office is terrible and not only will it take MONTHS for you to get an appointment but they will also call you a week before and say that they need to reschedule. My grandfather just died and I got a call as I was running to get to the airport saying that I needed to reschedule because the doctor would be out of the office that day and that the next available appointments were next week and she listed a few different times too but because I was busy trying to fly out of the country, I asked the lady to call me back later and she told me no, that I had to call THEM back. When I did, the woman that picked up, Melissa, told me that the next available appointment is in November and there's nothing left in September despite what I was told two days ago. I made my appointment all the way back in May and they want me to wait a whole two more months making it a total of 6 months for an appointment even though it's their fault??? DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE!

I had a colonoscopy done in 2018 that was supposed to be covered 100% according to Blue Cross Blue shield of North Carolina which I have. Blue Cross Blue shield said CG used a different billing code and they say I owe them $900 odd dollars. They will not set an appointment until this is paid. I feel like this is an issue.
