I had a great time at Applebee's. My steak was perfect, and tasty, the frys were ok (not steak fries, but long stringy fries.) The service was spot on and friendly, like I expected from Kentucky. Great job Applebees!

We had to leave. As is typical for Applebee's that we have tried to eat at before, we sat for over 10 minutes without being greeted by a server. I get that there are signs up warning people there is no one working, but if you can't keep a restaurant properly staffed, I will just go elsewhere. And it's really sad. I had the same exact issue in Georgetown years ago (not during the pandemic) and we never went back. I will also never be back here. And I would like to apologize to the crew that is being worked to death for not enough money with no help. This is not their fault and this review is not a reflection of their work ethic. The problem is posted on the front door.

Food and service were really great and usually are here! Sometimes the music can get to loud though which makes conversation hard but all in all an enjoyable place to eat. The seasonal drink "the tipsy leprechaun" was delicious! Also, I will ALWAYS recommend saving room for dessert and getting the sizzling butter pecan Blondie! Happy eating everyone 🙂
