I loved how spacious the room was great for our family with two large dogs and our 1 year old. The carpets seemed clean , our one year old crawling around with out getting dirty in a hotel for once was nice. I loved how hot the water got for taking a bath to nurse my migraine. Unfortunately everything seemed out of order in this place. The pool was down for maintenance, the vending machines were down, our a/c didn’t work properly we would turn it down but it never got cool, if one light in our room worked there were two that didn’t work. For the price of this place this things need to get fix and back in to working order.

Positive: cost!!!! was cheap Negative: behind the sink had so much nasty build up look like it had not been cleaned in 5 years. shower curtain was falling. the chair was shoved into the corner because it was broken. tv channels randomly go to static

Positive: Location was perfect for my travel needs Negative: The breakfast option was not what I have experienced from this hotel in the past. It was quite unsatisfactory considering what was advertised.

The pool was closed but stated online it was open. There was no Continental breakfast, they were giving a danish and juice in a brown bag. Exercise room had three pieces of equipment but only two working. The room wasn't very clean. Heard a mouse in the wall chewing through the night. My husband was putting our belongings in the car and couldn't get back in the room. The hotel staff already cut off his key card at 10 am and check out wasn't until 11am.. The staff needs to realize without customers they wouldn't have a job.. They have poor attitudes.. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.. TRASH.....
