Placed a mobile order on the Krystal's app during business hours last night, food was paid for. I went through drive thru to pick up my order, and they were closed! So I ended up spending $20 on food that I did not receive. I called the store today about getting my money back and no one answered the phone. I won't be back. If I'm ever hungry for Krystal's, I'll just drive to Lexington and go to White Castle instead.

We stopped to get Krystals while we were driving through town. May 28 around 10:30AM. We waited forever for someone to take our order, and they never did. There was no sign saying they were close, but we thought they might be. However, when we drove around, there were multiple people inside.

Stood at the counter for 5 min without being greeted just stared at. Finally i Yelled out excuse me to get some service. Dude walking around in the back pants hanging off of his behind hair everywhere. I know it’s fast food but DAMN!
