Wonderful experience here. Bryant and Austin at the front desk provided excellent customer service. The hotel was dated but clean and the beds were comfortable. The customer service really made a huge difference for me! Keep it up!

Very disappointing. The pool was closed by the health department over 2 months ago. Only 1 of the 3 floors had an ice maker that worked. The lighting in the hallways was a mix of warm white and daylight bulbs and was dimmly lit with several of them not working. Some of the outside lighting was not working. It was obvious that the maintenance of the property was lacking. I expected more from a Ramada property.

Freezer area of room fridge needed to be defrosted and there was food frozen into the build up of frost. No cover sheet on the duvet which also had large cigarette burns in various areas. Front desk person was good about exchanging out for new ones however, was unable to tell the difference between a King, the size we needed, and a Queen, the size we were brought TWICE.

Amenities listed on the website are very vague. "Free breakfast" is "Continental breakfast". Traveling with 2 teenage boys, a Continental breakfast won't fill them up before we hit the road in the morning. There were a couple of hand towels and washcloths in the room. Had to ask for bath towels, bath mat and more hand towels and wash cloths. Room amenities list "coffee/tea maker", we had to request one of those, too. If you want a room with a microwave and fridge, you better make sure you request a room with those in it. This was our last night on the road heading home, so I made sure to book a room with an indoor pool for the boys. But guess what? Pool was out of order when we got here. The manager couldn't get out of here fast enough, and left the desk clerk twisting in the wind with this disgruntled customer. He (Joshua) did a great job, did the best he could do with what he had to work with.
