I’m giving three stars because they have a lot to choose from at fair prices. That being said, my husband and I went yesterday to purchase tile for a back splash and two fire places, not exactly a huge project but we were prepared to pay for what we wanted, no matter the cost. Unfortunately, we were there an entire hour and not one salesperson even said hello to us, much less if they could help us. We walked up and down every aisle and still not one person asked to help us. They were not short staffed, saw about three salespeople just walking around chit-chatting with each other. I started to try to find someone, at one point, but my husband said let’s wait and see how long it takes them to offer assistance. I saw one other customer who they didn’t bother helping either and he ultimately left. We walked out of there with plenty of ideas for when we decide to buy the tile from another place.
