Been with this bank for over a year and wanted to improve my credit and was told that I we would get a unsecured revolving line of credit. So I did and not only did it bring my score down they denied me. Now I have had direct deposit over a yr in this account and never in negative. So I believe it's time for a different bank.

Great customer service! Great management, just over all great experience going in yesterday I had a federal tax check no one could verify until Monday and they let me open up my account under second chance and even gave me the opportunity to move up to a regular account after certain requirements are met! The manager made part of my funds available until the check cleared so that I could use some of my money and not have to wait three days to do so! I recommend this bank to anyone looking to open a new account the fees are minimal and almost non existent if you meet their requirements which are simple! Debit cards made on site and they are open 7 DAYS A WEEK 😳🙏 five stars all around!
