Terribly rude, uncooperative, unhelpful staff. I'm looking for a bank in Colorado & definitely will NOT be joining this bank!

This is in regards to the firestone first bank. My husband was in one day last week to make a deposit. He walked up to the counter and instead of the teller asking him to please wait in line which there was no one else in line, she told him like a child to get in line. Well that didn't go well with him and that is the second time at that branch that the tellers were rude. So if you want good reviews get some different teller's with better attitude's. Don't get me wrong there are a couple that are good but your bank isn't doing me a favor by keeping my money so don't act like you are better because you are all just workers like the rest of us. If you are going to be in customer service then change the attitude or find another job.

This bank has too many fees. I wanted a bank close to my house where I can make easy deposits and get cash at the ATM, but this bank charges you for everything. $10 annual fee to have a debit card (free at wells fargo), $3 fee to transfer money out of my savings account online (free at wells fargo), $5 fee for the quarter if you fall below the $100 minimum at all for any amount of time (even seconds from what I'm told), fee to get a money order (I believe this is free at wells fargo, not positive), fee to get a new card if yours is lost or stolen, fee if you make more than 5 deposits in a month without your own custom deposit slips (we do live in 2013, don't we? What's with this paper deposit slip junk? This is why we don't have men living on the moon yet, everyone is too busy filling out useless paper forms). I'm just glad there isn't a fee to close my account. Is there anything I can do at this bank which doesn't cause me to be nickel and dimed to death? I've decided to close my account and switch to Premier Members Federal Credit Union, just waiting for their application to clear.

Yes, and I've never seen it so empty. In and out quickly.
I don't believe so.
