If I could give zero stars I would. Opened an account went to make my initial deposit once I got my debit card. As I pulled up one drive through atm was out of service so I pull back around to the other drive through atm put the cash in and it took all my cash and then said it couldn't deposit it or refund it went inside with my receipt for claims and they said nothing they can do call the 800 number ,and now my money is in limbo for up to 45 buisness days. Best believe on the 45th day this account will be closed and I will NEVER bank with Bank of America ever again! So glad I never switched my paychecks to this thieving dump! On top of that good luck ever getting a hold of someone at the branch over the phone called three times and the automated system says call again later no one can answer at this time. As if that isn't enough to stay clear of this bank if you call the customer service number you can't talk to anyone without verifying via text message or mobile app. So if you have no computer or cell phone good luck ever getting help period.

I have been here several times. The wait time if you want to go inside and see a teller during your lunch break is usually between 15 minutes on a good day to 35 minutes on a bad day. To make matters worse, they just recently remodeled the inside to include only two teller windows. There is typically only one teller working and therefore things go too slowly. Before you know it, you will have been waiting in line for a half hour. I feel bad for the tellers though, because it is not their fault that they are understaffed and overworked. This is likely a corporate/top management problem with Bank of America Inc.. I'll go bank online, elsewhere. Thanks for reading.

I own a small business and get personal checks written to me. Bank of America Always gives me a hard time. Today I had them call my client to verify. BOA didn't ask client security questions to verify who they were speaking with. Made her drive to branch after they placed her on hold for 5 minutes. Meanwhile I can hear branch manager talking about how great they are to new client'sin his office, he was probably 20 years old. There fees are the highest of most banks. The only upside to BOA is if you need to transfer money out of the United States, because guess what? That is free of charge. Way to be American Bank of America.

We have been long time customers and have nothing but good things to say about the service we have received over the years at the Westminster branch. The staff is always courteous and friendly. We have worked with the same tellers for many years and that helps our overall satisfaction. Yes, there have been times we have waited in long lines and I am sure they would like to have more staff too. I commend everyone for their professionalism, especially when customers are rude to them, which sadly I have witnessed on several occasions. We are loyal customers and appreciate the wonderful service we have received.

You don't have to make an appointment. But, expect a longer waiting time without one. Also, make sure you wear a mask or you will not be allowed inside
