I had two hard working and nice men come out to redo the flooring in my bathroom and they also put a new vanity and toilet in due to water damage from a leak from my old toilet. They explained everything I needed to know and were very quick with everything that they did. I have no more problems and it looks beautiful.

9/23/23 I spoke to Jason. I asked for someone to come to my home to give an estimate to replace two existing decks and to build a ramp and to screen in one of the decks. Jason said I have to pay $199.00 for him to send someone and the $199.00 would be deducted if I use their service. If I had a potential customer with a project of this size and cost, I certainly wouldn't ask for $199.00 up front. I told him I had another company come out to provide an estimate/proposal and there was no charge. Jason said it takes resources and time to send someone to my home to do an assessment. Really? A tape measure, note pad and 15 min drive sure is a lot of resources. I'm glad this company is doing so well to lose a prospective customer over $199.00. Would give zero rating if I could.

We met with Jason at Your Dream Home to learn what services the company could provide to meet our general vision and rqts for our home. For 2 hours Jason walked us through options, gave us ideas we hadn’t considered and showed us an extensive portfolio of previous work. His explanations were thorough and he patiently answered all of our questions including an honest discussion about pricing. He did all of this without a consult fee and knowing we might not choose his company to do the work. He’s a true professional representing his company!
