I went into KT nails as a walk-In for a fill on my nails, the Asian woman asked "may I helped you"? I told her what services I needed, there was a women in pedicure chair, another at the table getting a polish, NO OTHER customers in the Salon waiting, she replied to me.."I'M SORRY WE'RE BUSY"🤔 NOT as most Salons do give you a wait time, being a African American Women with PRIDE I said OK and left. And went on to another shop that treated me with much RESPECT

I love getting the deluxe spa, the usual spa items are included but the extra scrub,massage, cream and hot towel, is why i keep coming back,they also do the wax for $10 more, they even have little booties for your feet while the wax does its magic. The customer service is great, the ladies are super friendly! There is some conversation between them but it's kept to a minimum and usually not a big deal. They have lots of colors and it feels like they recently added some more. I've been really into designs recently and the ladies captured the design idea easily and executed it well! Bad experience for my GF. Very unprofessional: left her unattended for half an hour after applying remover, her nails were brittle and hands were irritated after the visit.
