Dr. Cui is a very caring and helpful man and I've had the pleasure of getting to know him well. He puts the needs of his patients before his own and he has proven to be a trustworthy and caring gentleman. I'm very grateful for his due diligence and no nonsense approach with me. He is always available, within reason of course, but his pts needs come first. He's a very good and caring Dr. with a clear passion for helping people!
