West Herr, Ed Steinbach, and the team made buying a new car an amazing experience. I have bought several vehicles through the years and have had good experiences, but nothing even close to this experience. They understand customer service at every level and went above and beyond to help. It started as I was calling around to check availability. Every other Honda dealer in a two hour drive radius was marking up over sticker price. West Herr was the only one selling at sticker - no markup when they could have because of limited inventory. Then was I was in an accident with my trade-in the day I was supposed to pick up the new vehicle. They worked with me and their collision group to accept my trade as-is and a few days later I picked up my new Honda Ridgeline and the experience was seamless. Before we drove off the entire team came out into the parking lot and cheered for us. AMAZING! West Herr has a variety of dealerships so check with them before you buy anywhere else. Was interested in purchasing a new 2022 civic I saw on their website and inquired as to its availability but didn't get a straight answer. I asked again, through email, and got no response. So I went to Honda City and spent $35000 on a brand new touring trim and accessories a couple days later. VictoryHonda, that was your $35k. Why so lazy?
