We do have an indoor track - 23 laps equals 1 mile.

On 4/27 there is not a HIIT class showing on the schedule. 8am cycling, 9am cycle & stretch and 9am Piloxing. You can download the Greater Canandaigua YMCA app to see daily schedules!

The room is quite large, but there are not a lot of open spaces because there's a lot of equipment. There are few cardio bikes, four or five reclining bikes and four interactive bicycles. There's a row of at least 6 to 8 treadmills and another row about equal length of ellipticals. There are also a few other styles of ellipticals and a stair climber and then a big area of Nautilus equipment and an area of free weights and standard weight equipment. There is a stretching area with two mats. If you go to the Y, they will gladly show it to you.

There is a large gym with a raised track, 6 basketball nets and is lined for 3 pickleball courts. It's a possibility that impromptu indoor soccer could be finagled if there was enough urgency, possibly, don't really know. There is also a smaller gym, "performance center" upstairs which is approx 1/3 the size of the full gym.

I believe so. But if I were you I'd call and find out. Just to be sure and to find out cost etc :)
