My coworker, husband and I stopped here on the way to a conference in Lexington. In short, the food was amazing! I had the Turkey and Dressing. My husband had the roast beef and gravy. My coworker had the fried chicken. We all finished our plates completely. I was concerned at first that they appeared to be short staffed, but after a short wait for the table, everything went great. I will definitely schedule this restaurant into my trip for now on. It’s close to the interstate and well worth the stop.

Food was excellent and hot. The manager, a very nice tall young man with braces, sorry I don't know his name, was so polite to customers and had a can do attitude! He greeted everyone in his path...employees included. We enjoyed the food and the excellent customer service by our waitress. Great job everyone ! Can't wait to go back😊

If you go to cracker barrel over this place you're crazy! Catfish is amazing. Everything else tastes homemade. Whenever I pass by I gotta stop!

Great home cooked food. The vegetable soup was very good and the meatloaf was as expected. Very tasty. What really separates this place though is the service, not only was I in and out in under 15 minutes for lunch but the staff is incredibly nice. Also, they have a sigh posted stating that they have had to raise their prices, citing increased food costs. Very understandable in these times. I was just impressed that they took the time to notify their customers to let then know that they were raising the prices. For the record, their prices really weren't that bad. I had a generous portion of meatloaf, beets, green beans and vegetable soup for just less than $20. Not too bad!
