Nice hotel right off the highway entering Berea. Great place to stay. Free breakfast bar. Twin Queen bed rooms and King bed rooms. Bring a block to charge your phone.

To be a upper mid range hotel it's lacking. The refrigerator didn't work. There was no microwave. The sink wouldn't drain and the breakfast was very disappointing. The manager and other staff members were very nice and apologized for the issues. I was told that most of their rooms don't have microwaves and that they are forced to serve the lackluster breakfast. It's bad when the econolodge across the street has more amenities.

Front desk staff was amazing. So helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. New carpet. Lots of pillow choices. No sign of bedbugs anywhere. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was very good and kitchen area very clean. Kitchen staff very hospitable. Would definitely stop here again.

We stayed many times and love the staff and so far every room has been perfect for our needs. Pet friendly and clean. 5 stars. Staff is incredible, Grace, Gina, Karen, Cindy, Veronica, Teresa, Angie and Steve. Wonderful staff.
