The owner and his wife (I do believe that they own it) are about keeping noise down and a nice clean motel that is restful and family friendly. They are friendly folks who interject much care into making sure that as a good customer (unless you just here to have a party) that you are there as one. These people are involved with their business and give 110% effort into making your stay comfortable and homey. Very laid back for people who want laid back. Right on the edge of town with many highlights of Berea within very reasonable walking distance along with the Crackle Barrel right next door, Meds,and Walmart. Don't come here if you intend to tear the place up because it won't fly, which is excellent for those staying here for family visits, funerals, touring the city, or any other reason to get a good night's rest. So friendly here that I have found myself trying to keep the parking lot picked up because it has felt like home for a week. There is no corporate feel and no red tape with getting a room.i would stay here anytime I was in the Madison County area, and I am happy I discovered it. Please patronage these fine people and before you leave shake their hand and thank them. It's not often anymore you finds place like this, and they will deserve your admiration and respect just like they have earned mine. Great stay, and thankful. Nice experience. If your in Berea and want comfort quiet and friendly faces, don't think twice about it. Come directly here and you won't regret it. I will put my name on it.

Hometown inn was absolutely amazing guys I'd recommend that any day of the week if you're stranded or you're just traveling stop by hometown in the rooms are absolutely massive the accommodations are close to not only restaurants but also stores where you can pick up necessary supplies and the service people and the management for the most part are very friendly

The owners are trying to make it nice but still needs lots of work. Iutdoors very rundown. Room was clean and had new vinyl plank floors and new paint. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Great location.
