Brought my mother here for an appointment. Took her in & as she's having a very hard time walking we asked for a wheelchair the ladies working the lobby were very rude in asking why she needs a wheelchair after seeing how she needed my wife for assistance. Its also -3 outside & they expected my wife to wait out in the car in this bitter cold. This is going to get reported to the government & governor.

I've been coming to Iowa River Landing for years now, and I prefer it to the University Hospital. There is plenty of parking, easily accessible blood work labs, radiology, and pharmacy on the first floor so no need to wander around looking. There are people at the front desk to help if you get lost. I come here whenever there is a choice between the main hospital even though it is a further drive for me.

Appointment was scheduled for 11am. They told me to arrive at 10:40am. I was in the waiting room for 30 mins and waited another hour for the doctor to arrive. People have lives!!

New building. Assigned guides to direct newcomers to their appointments and other facilities. Everyone made to feel welcome. Ample seating in the patient waiting areas, well lit with great views of the outside. Professional care that listens to the patients concerns.
