If advance disposal would collect the trash as well as they collect their money they would be a good service!! I'm tired of calling every week bc they skip picking up our trash!! West Columbia service sucks!!!!

Call Lexington city officials let them know maybe they will fine them again for same thing as last time.
How do they still have the contract with the counties they service. Call your town and city reps to get their contract voided. Worst company I have dealt with in 30 years. Call your county reps demand

I called and emailed the corporate office and chewed them out two weeks ago, they've been on time ever since...the local office does nothing!
Terrible service in Pelion also. Calling almost every week because my trash has been skipped!! Then I have to wait 20min on the phone😡😡 WHY CANT YOU GET DRIVERS THAT ARE NOT LAZY AND COMPLETE THEIR WHOLE ROUTE????

Don't call just them. Call Lexington city officials and complain as well. This company has been fined for this in the past. I'm tired of the same thing! Making a call myself.
for everyone in west Columbia, if your trash pick up is not getting any better, get in touch with corporate,I did and now for the past two weeks they have come and collected in the morning like scheduled. Dont call local facility call corporate

That is truly not the case. I can assure you if you get in contact with one of the residential supervisors about your issue. I can fwd the supervisor contact info if u need.
Trying to find out why trash has not been picked in over a week, I have called in and the account is current, you guys didn’t pick up last week then I was told yesterday to be picked up and now today still no resolution.

Last week was a day late due to the holiday, but I don't know why trash wasn't picked up this week. Our trash and/or recycling is not picked up about 70% of the time. It would be nice if they only charged me for the times they actually show up.
I'm really angry that they picked up our trash and messed up our trash can and now the wheel is off with a huge dent . I'm highly angry
