Working with Adornus has been a continuous disappointment, stay away if you can. We originally placed our order at the end of November and were told the order would be ready mid-January. In January, we were told it would be February, in February it was the end of March. End of March they said they would be shipping the cabinets out, and then called the next day to say never mind, but that they would definitely be out by mid-April. Mid-April came and went, and we only received our cabinets in May - 6 months from the order date. If we had been given this timeframe to begin with, that would be a different story, but we were planning our remodel around the dates given to us. When the cabinets were finally ready to be installed, every single drawer and door front was messed up - they sizes were made such where they were made the same size as the cabinet box, which makes it rub against the cabinet next to it and in some cases impossible to open. Considering this is a cabinet company, it would seem that such a basic part of cabinet construction would be impossible to mess up. They promised this would be fixed within a month. It's the end of August, 4 months later, and we still don't have our fixed cabinets. The communication and customer service at Adornus is despicable. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. If there are delays, they don’t communicate, rather they opt to ghost you. Delays are understandable (to a point), but the lack of communication and blatantly ignoring customers is disrespectful. This was a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend associating yourself with this company.

We used Adornus cabinets throughout our kitchen for our remodeling project. We chose the Hampton style in white and accented the cabinets with Polished Nickel drawer pulls. Adornus makes top quality products and my wife and I could not be happier. When a cabinet door was recently scratched and damaged by a careless flooring contractor, Adornus replaced the cabinet door at no charge. They are a first class outfit and I would not hesitate to buy their products again….

No pilot holes to install doors or drawers. Takes twice as long to install. Look elsewhere!!

This place is simply described as: a great disrespect, An order was placed in November, the order was supposed to arrive in February, after calling so many times to find out the status of the order, because it was taking time, they told me to go pick it up 1 April when we arrived the order was not complete, and very bad attention from the dispatcher an older man named Silvestre, in short he was bad with the custumer because the complete order did not arrive, today April 29 supposedly everything should have arrived.. Well, no other part of the order arrived, not all of it, (LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM) no one responds for that, only excuses, failing their own word and their policy, SERIOUS ADVICE DO NOT BUY THERE SO THAT YOU AVOID HEADACHES AND A POSSIBLE HEART ATTACK WITH THESE BADLY EDUCATED. Today I will review your policy and talk to my attorney because you have already wasted my money and time.
