-1 star really. Trailers are okay but you can tell they were thrown together by the manufacturer. If your maintenance request is not “emergency” they will absolutely not fix what is needing to be fixed. The management is definitely nasty and rude no matter what. They have tons of excuses for everything. Big NO! I do not recommend renting or even buying a home from these people. Learning experience.
