It's nice and quiet. Everyone's lights go off at 9. A good place to live if you want peace and quiet and away from drug neighborhoods. The only problem I have is that Google Maps doesn't recognize that there are different lots and this is a mobile home park with each having a different residents.

Where exactly is this trailer park located? And are pets allowed and Do you have any 2 bedrooms available . I'm looking for a 2 bedroom for no more than $500.00 to $600.00 per month. I'd also like to know if its Ga Power and if you have a water bill?

It is located by Hephzibah High School. Pets are depending on the trailer park manager's discretion. You have to call Augusta State phone number to see how many bedrooms are available. yes it is Georgia power and the water bill is included in your lot rent
