Their auto detailing department sucks and the process to buy my car was incredibly slow. It was a 3 day process, and I already had my own financing. Then they put pressure on you to give a 100% survey rating because the sales guy said they get in trouble if they don't get a good rating. I didn't want to get anybody in trouble, so I just didn't do the survey. Unfortunately there aren't many new Lexus dealerships in the area, so we are stuck with this dealership if we want a new Lexus.

Salesperson Moses Norman did an exceptional job at explaining the details when I moved from leasing to purchasing. I had some service done as well and Lewis Hunt was extremely helpful. Mr. Norman is quite helpful by using his interpersonal skills by making his customers feel valued

I had a good experience with a sales person Bryan Kirkwood who was so kind & professional to talk to when I purchased my NX who even called me & responded to my messages if I need to ask about the vehicle. However, the finance manager whom I transacted was in a hurry, didnt explain enough the details of the transaction, not so transparent & didnt give me a warranty certificate right away which I was entitled for. I had to come back again , spoke to another sales person to about warranty saying that it s in their system. , Guess what? They gave me a warranty with a wrong year coverage & fought for it to give me the correct one that I signed during the sales. So If I didn't ask for it in paper it would have been a wrong coverage for my vehicle that I would not be aware of. I think I need to mention here too for future customers as a warning to not be fooled by the sales manager who gave me a tricky computation of the payment scheme that made me think that I have a good deal with the interest rate they offer. Well, didnt expect such discrepancies & tactics from such a reputable brand!

Hold down the TPMS reset button until the flashing tire pressure light blinks three times. Then release it. Ignite the engine and wait 20 minutes. If you have trouble finding the reset button, consult your manual.
