Yes. After they send you a bill through mail because you have to have your account number. Or you can set up your online account with them and make your payment.

Do I need a referral to be seen by a dr..I have arthritis in the knees and carpal tunnel in both hand and hip pain

Not with the dr. Office but you may need one because of insurance. I would call your insurance first to see.
