DO NOT LIVE HERE. Take it from someone who has been almost held captive at this complex for three years now, this is the worst possible place you or your kids could live. You’d be better off living on the streets than at Glen Royall Mills. The apartment manager, Carissa Easterling is an absent and horrible person. She does not take her job seriously in any way. I have personally been without air conditioning, heat, or contact with Carissa for TWO (2) months. We had a fire month ago and I still have not talked to Carissa. Once again, DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
