Made an online appointment for a Sunday visit to get break work done on my car. When making the appointment it says that if there are any issues with the appointment you will get a phone call. I made this appointment on Thursday night after work at about 7pm, meaning the shop had all say Friday and Saturday to call if there was an issue. I received no phone call and even checked my email in case they got ahold of me that way and received no communication that way either. I get to the location for my 8am appointment and I'm promptly told they don't have a mechanic on Sunday. When I asked why I wasn't called like it stated I would be on the site I was told that the website doesn't know they are understaffed and not able to do that. Been going to Tires Plus at different locations for at least 20 years. This was the single worst experience I've ever had for a location not even picking up the phone to attempt a reschedule. Felt like they couldn't be bothered with my business.

I would like to start with saying the staff was helpful and polite. However I ordered a unique sized tire to be delivered to the store. A week later I was going to have the tire changed, had an appointment and everything. Head in for my appointment and I’m told the tire was picked up and returned to the warehouse? Why would it be returned if I had a scheduled appointment for that specific tire? All I was given was an apology. Unfortunately I will not return to them for any services in the future.

Had a noise since December of '21, they never once drove my car or took a ride with me. Checked my car out and said it was all the brakes, ok, got all the brakes (front, back, calipers, rotors, pads) done, noise still there... they "checked it out" again... now it was front and back struts and shocks so we did all that. Noise STILL there. So I said "somebody needs to drive with me to hear this" so someone did and he says it was the ball joints rubbing on the tire as I turn... So I went back to where I had my ball joints done and it actually turned out that it was my tie rod ends. Mind you, Tires Plus let me drive with that to Fargo from Minneapolis with my 2 sons, for 6 months they let me drive with that danger while they racked up $4200 fixing things that weren't necessity while we drove in a death trap.
