Paragon stands by their products. Had a couple of burn hole from sitting my the fire on my nano puff. Took it in and the knowledgeable staff explained the process and did a warranty replacement. I would highly recommend this store and brand as they truly stand behind their brand and customers! This is why I always love Patagonia.
