RUN FAR AWAY!! $9000 for a vehicle to wind up in the shop not even a full 60 days after purchasing. The same vehicle I was told by Mr. Spaulding that "you're not gonna find a better running van" about. The vehicle needs $10,477.06 worth of repairs (more than I spent to purchase!!!). Their mechanic was well aware of what was wrong & put a temporary fix on the vehicle, long enough to scam a mother of 4!! I have tried calling several times, never getting an answer. I emailed at least 2 weeks ago asking for them to propose a resolution & still have yet to get an answer. The worst experience of my life without a doubt!! Edited to add: A warranty was actually purchased through an outside company. Currently they are only willing to give a credit of $1900 towards repairs. The mechanic shop you supposedly use has no knowledge/service records whatsoever regarding my vehicle. I on the other hand have estimates & reports from the warranty company's inspector. Either way, you surely didn't deny making statements regarding not being able to find a better running vehicle. Despite the car being 14 years old it also had low milage & "the only issues you'll have are cosmetic." Yet here the vehicle is needing an entirely new motor. I could of just been making payments on a brand new vehicle for less up front!!
