I've been here going on two years. I've been ready to go after that first year. Maintenence comes fairly quickly no complaints so far. My issue is I was under the impression that everything was updated and I requested a balcony and an updated unit. Hardly no counter space because where is the microwave I ended up buying going to be placed sincey unit had no built in microwave and stove is ancient. One room is usually bigger then the other. I think my son room is the same size as mine. Not enough room for full bedroom set king. I pay on time yet apartment not even updated and neither is outside but being charged almost a grand to be here. Kitchen cabinets outdated. Rent is to high especially with the appliances I have. You would a two bedroom is spacious. It's smaller than the one bedroom. Blows my mind. I also feel like I should have a choice to pay for cable. I've seen the one bedrooms and was jealous. Looking to move out this year. If I'm going to pay a grand might as well be somewhere worth it. This isn't it.

It hasn’t even been a month yet & I absolutely hate it.This was my 1st place ever & itll be the only year i live here. I mean my apartment is nice but the things that bothers me is the neighbors upstairs. They are sooo LOUDDD!! Its honestly annoying like it makes u wanna rip your hair out annoying. You can hear every word they are saying every step they take and every little thing that drops. They constantly are arguing or laughing uncontrollably loud around 11pm - 3am as if they dont know this is an apartment not a house. The people are dirty im on the lower level and i find trash on my patio everyday. I have to watch when i drive because these cars like to fly down the lane as if its not other cars or kids around. Honestly of you enjoy your peace & quiet this is not the place to move walls & floors are too paper thin. You would think they could at least install soundboards in the floor for the amount that we are paying. I would honestly look at this as a last resort place to live because they do accept you pretty fast which was nice. But I definitely do not recommend these

This has been my worst rental experience yet! It really boils down to poor business management. I have had several banking issues with paying my rent and later receiving bank overdraft fees because they don’t monitor how payments are being processed. I pay my rent on time every month with a debit card when I make the payment on the resident portal it will process deduct the money from my account and within 24hrs the money is placed back in my account. I have never had a manager be so out of touch and out of reach to where it takes weeks to receive a phone call back. I was told there will be somebody in the leasing office and the only reason that there wasn’t was because they had Covid that has been months ago. I drive by the office every day and there is a closed sign on the door so you cannot physically speak with anyone you basically have to wait until someone decides to call you back to address your situation. Then I’m constantly being charged a cable fee for spectrum and I’m not even a customer with them. I was told that when I renew my lease for the next year it will be automatic. Why would someone have to choose your provider for you it should be optional not mandatory. This place was the worst choice that I could have picked to move in, I’m so glad my lease will be ending and will not be being renewed. The police stay over here every night there are all kinds of young people with a lot of children and domestic violence issues that live in the complex, the walls are very thin you can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment and above your head I don’t know who actually owns this property but it should be shut down.
