Salesman Luke was great and so helpful. I found just what i wanted. Delivery was as promised. Guys who put together and unloaded my furniture were so efficient and nice. This whole purchase experience was amazing. I would recommend bobs.

1st time using Bob’s & NEVER will I buy anything from them again!!HORRIBLE experience for my family & I. Brought a Grey kitchen table set which took 2 1/2 months to get. Bob’s pushed my delivery date back 4 times😢😩😒I did not receive a text message 2-3 days before my pick up date like they stated I would. Had to call the DAY OF for pick up info. When we got the table and brought it home and my husband and 2 sons put it together it did NOT come as we ordered it(Grey).As you can see from the pictures I uploaded everything was grey BUT the table top!!😩😭😭😭🤦🏾‍♀️And to get the correct color it will take ANOTHER 2-3 months!!!Talk about being UPSET!!!waited all that time for the order to STILL be incorrect! If I can give them NO stars I would!!! 1 star is being nice!!!🤷🏿‍♀️

This was our family's first time visiting this store. What a wonderful first impression. I really appreciated the services that was given at Bob's Discount Furniture. The Sales associate Dianne Roberts really did take the time to service our family's needs. The timeframe was delivered on time, promptly with no issue. I will be back in due time to get some more furniture. But once again thank you so much Bob's Discount Furniture. You really went all out!!!👍👍👍👍

I'm going to give them 5 stars even though the experience started rocky with their website which is a bit buggy and doesn't give accurate delivery dates...once I started speaking with store employees they all went out of their way to get the furniture I wanted! My sales associate was knowledgeable and patient as I worked towards my final decision. Plan on using them to furnish other rooms in my home in the near future.
