The Way it is

I have been living in this townhome unit since Dec 2020. First off if your interested in these apartments and townhomes make certain you look up when the property was built via the county recorders office. It was built in 1967. That makes the property some over 50 years in age. The management has had low turnover and has been responsive and attentive to the concerns of it’s tenants. This is good, however the property has maintenance concerns even decent management can not resolve and the management are not financially empowered by their ownership to resolve said maintenance concerns. That being said, they are responsive and attentive and do their best to resolve your concerns. Solid square footage for the price and having a patio area to grill in nice.

I know multiple people who live in this community and I must say the apartments and townhomes are beautiful. My friends boast about how awesome and down to earth the new office staff is and how well maintained the property is. They tell me that the maintenance men are very knowledgeable and timely as well. The pool is an awesome amenity as I've experienced that myself and I am looking forward to applying for a townhome there myself next year! Did I mention it's in Pattonville School District? That is a huge bonus if you have kids like myself!

Had a Fantastic experience when I toured with Olivia. Looking for a new place but wasn't certain I wanted to move from a house to Apartment or Townhouse living. Olivia was professional, thorough, and down to earth. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" some BS just to get me to commit. The other office staff we friendly as well. Not sure which way I will go but I thank Olivia for her time and being real. The property looked well maintained and the community was peaceful. Neighbors spoke throughout the tour. Ran into maintenance staff during who were also friendly and approachable. 4 stars instead of 5 only because you practically have to give me a massage or something crazy great for 5 stars 😆

I do not recommend these apartments to anyone , first if you lose your key during hours the leasing office is closed they make you pay a $25 fee just to get in your own home . And secondly the office manager is so rude and unprofessional. I left my check for the rent in the Dropbox only to be made aware that my payment was never received 7 days before rent was due again . They are so unprofessional and this is the worst experience I ever had with an apartments . Secondly the rent is too high for what you get. My apartment has a horrible patio door the windows are cheap and air comes through the cracks. The walls are very thin , and the flooring is uneven . Please take your money elsewhere
